Disk Storage
If your site grows larger than its base size you will be billed for
additional storage space. Additional disk space is billed in 10MB blocks. The

Bandwidth
Bandwidth is the volume of data or Internet traffic
that your site generates each month. If your site uses more that the base bandwidth
in a month, the additional bandwidth used is billed at the rate of $25 per month for each
additional block of 100MB bandwidth allotted to the site. See Example 2. |

Picking Your Package
Here are some examples to help you estimate what size Web site you will need and show
you how additional charges are applied. Don't be afraid to start with a small
site. The most important thing is to get your site on line, its easy to 'grow' a
site.
For example:
Example 1: In one month, this Ideva hosted Web site had
1700 visitors and served over 9000 "pages". The total hits was over
270,000.
NOTE: This site needs extra disk storage
space because it keeps a large document inventory, i.e., Microsoft Word Documents, Forms,
Spread Sheets, and lots of graphics. The average visitor sees about 5-6 pages,
using about 83,000 bytes of bandwidth. These visits are short because most
visitors come to this site to get a specific document or reference page and then they
leave. In this web site, each page contains about 30 elements each element generates
a "hit" when the page is requested. That's why the number of hits is
always so large. The "hits" includes all graphics, included files, style
sheets, etc.

The One Page Web is ideal for a small business ad.
It's also very easy to make - there are no hyperlinks. You do not need to buy a
domain name. If you are planning to sell something, build a good page of pictures
and descriptive text for the web and then instead of paying for lots of words in your
clasified print ad, just point they buyers at your online ad. For example:

Club Web
Club web sites are ideal for non-profit organizations and
associations who need to publish public and private announcements such as association
news/information, event schedules, rosters, and results. Club Web Sites can have both
Public and Private (members only) areas.
Domain name registration is
recommended. Having your own domain protects your organization and assures that your
members and clients can find your site. Having your own domain name also makes it easier
to get your site listed with major search engines, which helps ensure that new traffic and
prospects can find your site.
Non-Profit Organizations and
Associations Web Sites can also take advantage

Security Levels for Managing the Store
Individual security groups can be created to
better manage your electronic store. For example: The following three levels of secured
access are suggested.
- The Store Manager – as defined during the demo. This can also serve as the
Executive Group. Knowing how they will want to change things themselves, the top
management will have to hold Store Manager privileges.
- Inventory and Pricing clerks – these are the people who will eventually do the
daily maintenance on the store.
- Reports clerks – these are the people who will run reports for management.
