I am best known for my work in the areas of Software Testing, Project Management, Test Automation, and System and Application Security. I am a pioneer in best practice Agile development and project management automation through collaboration.
I have been speaking and writing technical articles since 1990. My work is published through magazines, corporations and technical organizations internationally.
Several of my courses including, The Most Important Tests Test Management Method, and How to Select the Most Important Tests, Testing for Security Vulnerabilities and Test Automation offered as core curriculum at the International Institute for Software Testing,
My book, Software Testing Fundamentals, published in May 2003 by Wiley has been translated into Chinese and adopted as the text book for the testing requirement in BSCS degree program at several universities in Australia and the USA. |

2004 – 2005 Staff columnist for MSDN Magazine. I wrote the monthly product review columns, New Stuff and Tool Box. for MSDN Magazine and TechNET Magazine (HackerBasher and Tool Box). Also authored case studies published on StickyMinds.com and TickIT.org. Speaker at STAR West 2005 and keynote speaker and instructor for the International Institute of Software Testing, IIST, at conferences and as a regular instructor at IIST’s public and private training sessions. |

Manager of Internet Technology – Build the Internet/Intranet Technology Department. Develop and implement Internet and Intranet strategy, process, standards, business cases, and products for GTE TSI. Project highlights in 1996: Developed an enterprise data mart for all corporate customer and product information and deployed it on the corporate Intranet with custom views for each department. The data mart combined the resources of 3 disparate data sources. Other projects include putting Internet capable front ends on legacy applications and developing a ‘talking’ voice response capable Internet kiosk application front end for a mainstay product.
